1. Slotted type screen basket is produced by making a slot-shaped hole using catter on the plate and    widely used. Careful selection effect of raw materials increases to the full because slot type becomes    perpendicular to the direction of rotor's rotation movement. 2. Although slot type can improve careful selection degree of raw materials by removing smaller granular    alien substances compared with hole type, its capacity is lower than hole type and long substances are    not hardly removed.    Currently various profile-shaped baskets are being produced and profile- shaped baskets are very    effective in processing large quantity by generating whirlpool movement of a fluid when processing    raw materials. 3. Usually, 0.15m/m ~ 0.45m/m slots are used.
